As the Michigan beer scene continues to boom, it is no wonder that O’Connor’s Home Brew Supply is exploding right along with it. In the 15 months since they first opened their doors, O’Connors has found their grove as the only dedicated home brew supply store in Grand Rapids. And now, they have been able to expand to a ne
w location a few doors down at 619 Lyon Street.
After celebrating their one year anniversary on March 22, O’Connors Home Brew Supply and their staff have proven to be the leaders in the home brew community.
“We are thrilled with the success we’ve had within the first year of opening.” said Ben O’Connor, Co-owner of Home Brew Supply. “The new shop is much more spacious and will allow for more product on the sales floor as well as give us more office space.”
The new location has twice the square footage, hops and yeast now have their own dedicated coolers and a new grain wall divided into base malts, American, German, Belgian and UK.
“We have turned our dreams and passion into real life success through hard work, listening to customers and being helpful to people,” said Allison O’Connor, Co- Owner.
