Located in the former Radix and Queens Pub building in Eastown (connected to Bombay Cuisine), Trattoria di’Stagione is joint venture between Bal, owner of Bombay Cuisine, and chef Dan Chudik, of the much-loved (and regrettably, shuttered) Tuscany Express restaurant in Cascade. Chudik describes the cuisine as “the seasonal cuisines of Italy[,]… sourcing local artisanal and imported products.” Indeed, the name in Italian means “Restaurant of the Seasons”.
