The Apartment Lounge has a rich history in Grand Rapids and has been around for over four decades. It was founded by Ed Ladner and Milton Lenox, who then passed the baton to new owner Bob Johnson. The Apartment Lounge has become more than just a bar. Although known for catering to the LGBTQ community, EVERYONE is welcome! The location, next to the regionally renowned Civic Theater, makes it a favorite for theater goers before or after shows. Apartment Lounge is also located just a few blocks from the Van Andel Arena.
