For the second year, Siciliano’s Market will be hosting the Siciliano’s Big Brew at the Calder, a homebrew day in which 48 teams brew a batch of Siciliano’s own “Brew City Brown”, an all-grain beer, live in downtown Grand Rapids’ Calder Plaza.
It’s not a beer festival per se, but if you wanted to drop by and have a taste, says Siciliano’s, you’re welcome to do so.
Siciliano’s will be providing brewing equipment if necessary, and will also provide each of 48 brew teams with the Brew City Brown kit, fresh water for brewing, a chilling station for wort, and more.
